WBO has decided, it was indeed Pacquiao’s game. 5 out of 5 judges unanimously concluded that Pacquiao won the fight: 117-111, 117-111, 118-110, 116-112 and 115-113. Unfortunately, it’s not like the MMFF scam “Take It! Take It” where the trophy can be returned back and given to the real winner.

When Pacquiao was asked if he’d like to take the belt back, he answered, “Mahirap naman yun. Nakakahiya sa tao (It’s a difficult to take it back. It’s embarassing to the person.)”.

I guess it’s true, though Pacquiao lost the fight, he gained the admiration of many. Did I forget to mention that he’s using the money he received from the fight to buy lands in his province and to distribute it to his constitutients who were devastated by the typhoon? His humility never fails to impress me.
